What’s the difference between Selenium and Playwright?

Both automate browser testing. Selenium is the long-established standard with wide language support. Playwright is newer, faster and more reliable for modern web apps. We use the one that fits your stack.

What is Appium used for?

Appium automates testing of native, hybrid and mobile web apps on iOS and Android, using the same test approach across both platforms.

What is Cucumber, or BDD?

Cucumber lets tests be written in plain English (Given, When, Then), so product owners and developers agree on how a feature should behave, and the same scenarios run as automated tests.

What is API testing, and why does it matter?

API testing checks that your backend returns the right data, handles errors and stays fast, without going through the user interface. It catches problems earlier and runs much faster than UI tests.

When should testing start in a project?

From the beginning. Reviewing requirements and designs for gaps, and testing each feature as it’s built, is far cheaper than finding bugs right before launch.

What do we receive from a testing round?

Test cases, a bug report with steps to reproduce, screenshots or videos and severity for each issue, plus a summary of what passed, what failed and what’s ready to release.

We agree a device and browser list with you based on your analytics and audience, covering the most-used iOS and Android devices and the major browsers.
