FAQ

Questions about support plans.

How much does Shopify maintenance cost per month?

It depends on the size of your store and how many hours of work you need each month. We set the hours and price of your plan after a short review of your store.

What is included in a Shopify support plan?

Bug fixes, theme and app updates tested on a copy first, speed checks, small features and content changes, and a monthly report of every hour. Bigger plans add more hours, CRO or speed work and faster response.

Do I need a retainer after launch?

Not always. If you rarely change your store, paying for work when you need it can be enough. A retainer makes sense when you ship changes every month, run regular campaigns or want a team that already knows your store to fix problems quickly.

What counts as a support hour?

Any work on your store: fixes, small features, app setup, content changes, speed work or advice. We track time in 15-minute steps and show it in your monthly report.

What if I need more hours one month?

Extra hours are billed at your plan's rate, and we always ask before going over.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans run month to month, and we agree the cancellation terms with you before you start.

Do you support stores you did not build?

Yes. We start with a short code and app review so we know the store before we change anything.
