A written plan: scope broken down by feature, a fixed price or monthly estimate, milestones and dates.
Design 1–3 weeks
Wireframes, then full designs for mobile and desktop. You review and comment before anything is built.
Development 2–12 weeks
We build in short sprints on a staging site and show you working features every week.
Testing 1–2 weeks
Testing on real devices and browsers, plus speed and SEO checks, so everything works before customers see it.
Launch Launch + 10 days
A planned launch with redirects and a rollback plan, followed by 10 days of post-launch support for minor changes.

A project manager is your main contact, and you can talk to the developers directly in a shared Slack or Teams channel. A senior lead reviews the work at every stage.
How often will I get updates?
Every week: what was done, what is next, and anything we need from you. You also get access to a staging site so you can see progress any time.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your current store or systems (as a collaborator, never your password), your brand assets, and an hour for the kick-off call.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 48 hours of the discovery call, as a written scope broken down by feature.
What happens after launch?
We watch the store closely after launch and give you 10 days of post-launch support for minor changes. After that you can move to a monthly support plan if you want.
